This is election year in Ann Arbor, the state of Michigan, and in many places all across America.  One of the most crucial issues of the decade will be how to preserve life.  Two years ago then-Governor Sarah Palin came out of Alaska and hit the national stage for the first time.  Many liberal politically correct pundits called her an “untested” candidate, but she has turned out to be one of the most dynamic populist national political leaders that the supporters of Life have had in quite a long time.

It is highly likely that we will not be able to completely separate the sheep from the goats or the heroes from the villians on this Earth due to the massive amounts of misinformation that are, in part, perpetrated by the Media. There have been many, however, who have come forward in their attempts to defend their fellow man from the corruption that infects those in power.

Tragedy is a reality in this world. We lose things; houses, cars, savings. We lose people we love, sometimes very suddenly. We get that phone call, that knock on the door, that diagnosis, the one that shoots cold pain into the centers of our stomachs. We remember those gut-twisting moments for the rest of our lives. The worst thing about them is not just the loss we've experienced, but the perpetual fear of future losses. Anticipation of "the worst" can taint every day of our lives for years. Yet, God tells us to not fear, but to trust wholly in Him. How does that work when the fear is there and very real? How can it work?

In my novel, The Great Harpazo Deception, I postulated that the sudden catching away of millions of Christians to be with the Lord in the air would be explained to those left behind as abduction by extraterrestrials. That scenario would not be hard to sell because I believe that the skies at that time indeed will be covered by UFOs. Today marks the 37th anniversary of the infamous US Supreme Court Roe v. Wade decision, which, in effect, legalized abortion-on-demand nationwide. The aftermath of this tragic ruling is the deaths of over 40 million (a very conservative number) innocent unborn babies. It is no hyperbole to say abortion is America's holocaust.

This is nothing short of what the Cap and Trade bill is trying to get us to do. That somehow more prosperous countries must give back to countries that are less fortunate.

More than one university professor has cast doubt on the existence of King David and the ancient Kingdom of Israel. Academics are prone to say David was the Jewish equivalent of King Arthur, the stuff of myths and legends. Once again, archeology is proving these doubts wrong. An inscription on a pottery shard found near the valley where David slew Goliath offers evidence that the books of the Old Testament are much older than academics previously thought, and scribes certainly could have been recording the lives of David and his sons 3000 years ago.

I want to call your attention to three films that have come out in recent months. They are, 2012, Eli and Knowing. They all have apocalyptic themes that explore the end of the world scenarios. 2012 explores the destruction of the planet and reflects the Mayan calendar date December 21st, 2012, as being the time in which life as we know it will come to an end. 

The White House Office of the Press Secretary released a report on the White House web site titled "President Obama Signs Executive Order Establishing Council of Governors." According to the press release, "The President today [January 11, 2009] signed an Executive Order establishing a Council of Governors to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State Governments to protect our Nation against all types of hazards. When appointed, the Council will be reviewing such matters as involving the National Guard of the various States; homeland defense; civil support; synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities."

As I have stated many times before, the Bible speaks of the interaction between fallen angels, who in my mind are so called extraterrestrials, and earth women.

“The sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful and they took wives for themselves, whosoever they choose… and the Nephilim were the children of such unions”(Genesis 6:2,4).

Contrary to the rants of modern critics, however, Ventura's Conspiracy Theory is not "reality" television or "mindless, good fun." It is better investigative reporting than anything I've seen on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN or FOX NEWS in a long, long time.

A chain of nine church attacks have disrupted Malaysia since late December. The recent violence appears to have had a specific trigger - the High Court's recent decision to overturn the country's ban on the Christian use of the word "Allah."

I think we need to face it: 2010 is more than a new year; it is also part of a new era in which all vestiges of normalcy and common sense have been left behind. In other words, it is a madhouse out there. Let me give you some examples of what I'm talking about.

Sarah Palin, the numerous Tea party patriots, and last summer’s warnings of potential unrepentant death panels taking hold of life-and-death medical decisions stirred up a nation and brought focus to one of the most important issues of our past decade.  That is who determines our quality of life?  What about at the last stage of our life or even at its beginning? Should it be the government, hospital staff, or anyone else beside ourselves?

The Tower of Babel was built in the time of Noah. Now we have another tower, the tallest building ever constructed by man. Is this another piece of the prophetic jigsaw puzzle? My answer to that is yes it is. This is the other side of, the days of Noah, but after the flood, where we see events that are unique to that time period. Now, in what I believe are the last days we are seeing another sign post, for those with eyes to see. The dedication of this tower was deliberate. In my opinion it is a signal that mirrors the defiance of the days of Noah.

There has been much talk of late about the doomsday predictions of December 21, 2012 as reflected in the Mayan long calendar. While most of the Mayan codices were burned by Spanish monks in 1521 AD as works of the devil (which as you shall see they probably were) a few survived including the Dresden Codex. This 74 page codex was written on tree bark and was from the famous Mayan Temple and Observatory at Chichen Itza. It was purportedly sent by the explorer Cortes to Emperor Charles V in 1519. Somehow it found its way into the Royal Library at the Court of Saxony in Dresden (Germany) where it was purchased from a private collector by the name of Johann Christian Goetze. While it was damaged by the firebombing (again these codices were overwhelmed by fire? Coincidence?) of Dresden during WW II, much of it unfortunately survived.

The beginning of the new year is not the end of the holiday season in Sweden. No, the Swedes also get to take off work on Epiphany – January 6 - just a few short days after the end of the Christmas break. Lucky Scandinavians. Some secular Swedes want to throw off their Christian heritage, though, and are urging the government to do away with this celebration as a paid public holiday. Sweden is one of the very few countries that gives public honor to Epiphany, and many Christians these days don't even know what this holiday - celebrated 12 days after Christmas - is all about.

This horrifying specter became the inspiration for the main character of Azazel in both of my novels, The Great Harpazo Deception and Invasion: Israel, but I have rarely before explained how I obtained this image of what I now believe to be a fallen, demonic Watcher angel masquerading as an extraterrestrial. And for the first time , I am showing you what a Navy Captain saw in this image which I never saw before. It might just give us an additional insight into the nature of this Watcher angel described in Daniel 4:13, 17, and 23. The extra biblical Book of Jubilees also spoke of them as did the Book of Enoch. More on this later, but first let me tell you how I received the original image in the first place.
