Kevin E. Johnson has been in Christian Ministry for over 30 years, havingserved as an assistant pastor, senior pastor, evangelist, and teacher. His primary calling and function is in teaching the scriptures, with a primary emphasis on  end-time prophecy and current events as they relate to the prophetic Word.

Rev. Johnson has not always been in ministry, having played guitar with several bands in his local area. It was while listening to an 8-track of Willie Nelson's "Red-Headed Stranger" strangely enough, that Kevin initially received the call to the ministry. He ran from this for several years, but in 1978 finally yielded his life to Christian service. The Holy Spirit immediately gave him an insatiable hunger and thirst for the Word of God.  From the very first, Kevin became an avid student of the prophetic scriptures; sensing that his was the generation that would see Jesus return in the clouds to receive His Church.

Pastor Kevin also worked for 12 years in Christian broadcasting. He has recently started a new weekly, "Community Connection" radio program on his local Christian radio station.

Pastor Kevin's great passion is to know God, and then in turn; make Him known. He and his wife of 31 years currently are part of the burgeoning house church movement, and also assist a small church in their local area.

Pastor Kevin preaches and teaches whenever and wherever the Lord opens doors. He also publishes a weekly BLOG, http://pastorkj.wordpress.com, with an emphasis on prophecy, politics, and current events as they relate to scripture.

Pastor Kevin and His wife make their home in Central Iowa. Pastor Kevin "makes tents" by working in the insurance industry. They have 9 children, and 20 grandchildren.
